The Gloucester - Weymouth

After the return, the deepest point is to plymouth where we will stop for lunch. if our way by far weymouth and the gloucester get our vote. always worth the trip.

The lovely pub restaurant is a must-visit. Although I haven't dined here yet, the food looks fantastic. The garden is a charming space with some shade to shield guests from the morning sun in winter. If you want to enjoy the sunlight, the two best tables are the ones right in front of the main door.

Last night, we had a Christmas party at this restaurant. We were a large group, along with other celebrating groups. The menu selection was great, offering high-quality dishes that arrived hot to our table thanks to the busy and friendly staff. The waitresses were attentive and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. The portion sizes were generous and the presentation was excellent. We couldn't fault anything! Well done!

Had a wonderful dining experience! Although we were informed of a 45-minute to 1-hour wait, our table was ready in just 30 minutes. The food was delicious and absolutely worth the wait. The restaurant had a lively atmosphere and a beautiful ambiance. Highly recommended!
