Bidra med feedbackI ordered Sir Pizza when I was at Children’s Express Care with my daughter who had pneumonia. I thought our visit was almost over at the doctor, so I placed the order so I could pick it up on the way home for my family. Turns out the doctor had other plans and did a few other things, so I called to just let Sir Pizza know I wasn’t coming. (Not their fault! Mine! The NICEST woman replied that she would just bring it to me. Let me tell you, after having a sick child and another hungry one in a doctor’s office for hours…I cried. When she came, she wouldn’t even let me tip her. She was a mama and understood. I wish I would have remembered her name better (Karen maybe? but she gave me faith that there are still good people in this world! I will be a faithful Sir Pizza FP customer forever!! (Also, the pizza was amazing. THANK YOU!
Called to order pickup. The woman that answered the phone was very short with me. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and a half crusader sandwich. She barks at me they only have large or small so I order a large pepperoni pizza and half crusader. She tells me ok and it will be ready in 15 minutes. Abruptly hangs up. My son was in the car and I mentioned to him about her attitude. We pick up order and get home. Open box and it is a cold, hard as a rock cheese pizza. My son calls and tells her we did not get pepperoni which we paid for. She starts arguing stating that is what we ordered. My son says “ No, I was in the car when the order was placed”. She continued arguing and he tells her he will come make another trip to get the pizza. He walks in and first thing she says to him is “Where is the other pizza”? My son said he had no idea she would want something like that back. And on top of that it was cold and hard. She then tells him that we ordered cheese. My son just took the pizza and walked out. How hard is it to make a pepperoni pizza and not get it right? This pizza was gross, hardly had any cheese, no flavor and crust was burnt on edges. We never got an apology for the mix up. Only attitude. Never will I eat at Sir Pizza in Franklin Park again. Awful service and food.
Sir pizza is my favorite!! I love this location. Super friendly!
Sir Pizza is a Pittsburgh icon. I pass at least a dozen pizza shops just to eat here. The sauce is perfectly crafted, the cheese is gooey and tastes like it was made by angels. While living in Denver, I had my mother freeze and ship me a dozen pizzas. My friends out there were hooked. A few of my friends even flew into Pittsburgh to visit and made a trip to Sirs a condition of their stay! I've personally sent a few 14 cheese pizzas to my friend who still lives there. It's just that good!
Our large family group of 18 was meeting at the Treesdale Sir Pizza. However, when we got there, it was closed and gone! So we headed to the Wexford location on a Saturday night, and they had plenty of room. The hoagies were a lot better and had more meat and cheese in them than their Ross Twp location
