Bidra med feedbackIf I had the means, I would eat at this restaurant every day. The food is incredibly flavorful and delicious! We loved everything we ordered, from appetizers to duck dishes and bubble teas. One pleasant surprise was the edamame appetizer my son ordered. I was expecting the usual simple edamame, but it was something special - served with a deliciously salty roasted garlic oil. I can't wait to go back and try more items on the menu!
I love all the ramen restaurants popping up across the country! This place is one-of-a-kind, and we tried two different types. The Curry Ramen had a flavorful and spicy broth, while the Duck Ramen was special with a rich and heavy broth. Both were delicious. The noodles were cooked perfectly, although I usually prefer a different type of noodle with my ramen.
I visited this restaurant for the first time with my son tonight and we absolutely loved it! The food was amazing, reasonably priced, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning in the future!
I keep ramen on a high standard. It is a noodle dish that must be made with passion. That means this raven is good. Not great, or from this world. The Misto was a bland and the noodle was a bit understated. I have some of the best rams you can get in San Francisco so I don't go too hard in such a place. We had the cha siu bao (pork buns) for a starter and they were really good. Please check our server for us more. All in all, it's a good place for ramen. Definitely not the top of the line.
I would give Kaliubon a solid 4.5 (if you could do half stars). Granted, I haven’t had much ramen except for this one time in Paris in 2017, but I thought the truffle shoyu ramen was tasty and flavorful. My friends enjoyed the wonton ramen and kaliubon ramen, although the latter is listed as “spicy” and didn’t seem very spicy. Would highly recommend the pork bao, which were great. Dinner for 3 adults was slightly on the pricier side at just over $70.
