Bidra med feedbackWish I could give 1/2 stars because 2.5 would be it. Been pretty lucky with service, people are friendly at this store so I rounded up instead of down. Rating is essentially based on quality at every Dunkin I 've been to in New England while on the road which is a lot (reviews are more or less the same for every one I 've been to). They have convenience working for them and that 's where it ends. Everything is just ok when it 's not bad. Hot and iced coffee varies greatly from bitter to burnt raisin flavor to ok-the one I 'm drinking right now is on the bitter side. (NOTE: if you 're headed north from Wethersfield the one in the Mercury station on Brainard Rd. In Hartford is $0.29 cheaper than this location for a large iced coffee). Donuts taste like they were made in an offsite donut factory many hours ago (because they were) and the eggs for the breakfast sandwiches are eggish in appearance only. They are white with yellow centers but they don 't taste like eggs and the texture is mushy. Not sure if they 're rehydrated or just warmed up. Bagels look like bagels but like the donuts aren 't fresh real bagels. More like the bagged ones you buy at the grocery store. Stick with the bacon or ham and you 'll be fine. The sausage has a grainy texture. I 'm sure it 's safe, it 's just odd. Everything is usually edible and will do the job of filling you up but they 're never the best option for anything. Wherever you are, there 's probably 1-4 stores within 5 minutes so they have that working for them. Dunkin is symbolic with New England nationwide, wish they 'd step their quality up.
I usually try to not write negative reviews but man my experiences lately have left me no choice. I go to this location, I spend about 28$ on myself and my spouse. Get home and numerous times my bagel bites are freezing cold still. Or they've not included a hash brown. Or I get to the window and I have to retell my entire order to the associate present. Things I shrug off normally. Today I asked for a turkey sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin. I had dental work this week, of which I'm still healing, and can't properly chew on the left side of my mouth yet. The English muffins are soft and I knew I could eat that with my good side. Hence ordering it as such. Tell me why I'm sitting here with an inedible HEAVILY seasoned everything bagel toasted (VERY hard to the touch). I can't even eat this. I'm so disappointed. Beyond that my man's iced caramel latte with extra caramel tastes like espresso. I tried it myself and it was god awful. Please pay attention to the orders you're taking. I've now wasted money on something I am incapable of eating today.
Dunkin' needs to step up their game on this location. Didn't have the donut or a sandwich we wanted, and it was only 8:30 on a Monday morning. Really? The girl was incredibly rude working the register/drive thru, and then didn't even give us the other donut that was ordered. I was actually sitting there looking at other Yelp reviews while waiting for our food and saw that other Yelpers had recommended checking the bag because they hadn't gotten all their food either. So thanks fellow Yelpers for the tips, and I'm going to tell future customers now, check the bag or you'll be circling back for a donut!
I've been to this location several times and never had an issue. It's not the biggest, newest, nicest Dunks, but it's got the goods nonetheless!
Just waited 20 minutes in line for a tea. Cars weren 't moving for 4 minutes at a time. When I got to the window I saw that there were 4 people working and the first one to help me asked, Are you waiting for something? ..
