Bidra med feedbackRudest manager/owner scowling swearing dirty look worse than basilikum bad eating was well turned around and they had given my command to some others, I tried to explain- manager gave me fear then spoke to me in foreign language- suspect, swearn told him his...not my fault she messed up he said I should go and back where I came from great sydney experience
The dining experience was satisfactory, but things took a turn for the worse when providing feedback about the service to the owner. The owner's rude attitude was concerning. Good hospitality relies on customer service and actively listening to feedback, areas in which the owner needs improvement. Staff should be trained on how to interact with customers, and I suggested they consider getting a tablet for diners to use. I hope the owner takes this feedback constructively and works on improving their customer service. It is important to treat customers with respect, as it only takes one bad experience to lose business.
The worst gozlem I had in sydney. the soaking in oil, was not fresh and did not even provide a lemon. had two pieces and threw the rest that followed with a bad stomach pain afterwards. I didn't have the other good, but from this experience. would not have been back.
I had lunch with the family. the portions were very large and the food was delicious. very good fast food consept.
My companion and I both ordered the Vegetarian Plate which came with falafel, stuffed vine leaves, mixed vegetables, a choice of three salads, two dips, and pita bread. The plate was vibrant and full of color. We easily found seating nearby and both really enjoyed the experience and commented on the delicious choices we had made. We would definitely come back to this restaurant again.
