This place is fantastic. The only downside is that they don't take plastic payments so we don't get there nearly as often as we would like to.

I stopped at this little gem for lunch because I read reviews on TripAdvisor when I was passing thru for work, looking for a homemade soup and sandwich... It was great, and they really do have the softest bread! Good baking too☺️

I visited with my son for lunch.. I got so much more than a Great sandwich served by a lovely lady.. they let us stay as long as we needed.. we talked and laughed and learnt so much about each other.. It was a wonderful day! I do not like the creepy bathroom in the basement tho...

Food is always fresh and good. Good choice of sandwiches and baking. Soup is yummy. Staff friendly. Good value for what you get.

Great handmade sandwhiches on delicious bread. My personal favourites are the tuna salad or the granwhich. People also seem to love the meat pies with gravy. Also, do yourself a favour and get a loaf of bread to take home, particularly the cheese loaf.TIP: Cash Only!
