Which Wich Superior Sandwiches

Can I rate it a zero?? Today was 3rd time I’ve been here. First 2 times we noticed an older woman who works there that was sweating profusely, despite it being winter and relatively cold inside the store. Didn’t really think too much of it, food was good, ok service.So today….We went in, a few people waiting, we filled out our bags with 3 Sandwhichs and a fry in our order, then we paid. I walked to the fountain drink machine to fill my daughters cup. Then we sat down. My daughters order was the first to be called, the woman who we noticed sweating and that took our order today proceeded to bring it to our table. I was seated at the outer seat and my daughter next to me against the wall. This woman instead of reaching AROUND the back of my chair to hand it to my daughter where my daughter was already standing and where there was room, decided to reach IN FRONT of my face and over my arms that were in front of me with only literal inches to spare. As she reached across, TWO SWEAT DROPLETS FROM HER OUT STRETCHED ARM FELL ONTO MY FOREARM. THEN AS SHE RETRACTED HER ARM SHE RUBBED UP AGAINST SAID SWEAT DROPS. NOW I HAVE SMEARED IN SWEAT DROPS DOWN MY ARM. I almost instantaneously began to gag and my word started to spin. I tried to hurry to the bathroom as I was going to hurl. THERE WAS A WOMAN ENTERING THE BATHROOM. I turned and ran out the door as my fiancé called after me to grab a paper towel next to the window on my way out, gaging the whole way as my horrified daughter looked on. I made it to my car after what seemed to be 6mon later. I puked harder than I have in a long long time, as strangers stared at me. So not only was my personal space violated in many ways, but i was humiliated. I called the store after I was able to stop vomiting and spoke to the assistant manager. I took a walk around target with my family to try to come down. I purchased my food at 11:32am, it is 1:27pm as I write this, I still am sick to my stomach. I will not be eating my food today. I AM DISGUSTED.The general manager called me back as assistant manager didn’t speak English well and didn’t understand the situation. ALL THEY DID FOR MY HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE AND TRAUMA WAS REFUND MY PURCHASE PRICE.She then proceeded to inform me that location is closing. Tomorrow. Kind of like an all-well theres nothing we can do situation.THE WORST PLACE IVE EATTEN AT.NOT NECESSARILY THE FOOD, JUST THE HYGIENE OF EMPLOYEES, which I guess in a way is linked to the food as well. How much of her sweat has dripped into the food already? Management could really do better too. update 11/29/22My “refund “ of purchase price has yet to be seen. Called Katie twice about it, nothing. Gave few extra days for bank as it was a friday, nothing. Gave few more extra days, nothing. Way to go which which, def appreciate it!

GF and I stopped here to grab sandwiches before catching our train to NYC. Door was locked at 10:35am, posted opening was 10:30am. Chairs were still up on the tables. We knocked on the door and a minute or so later one of two women working there let us in. We put our orders in and was told it would take an extra 10 minutes since the oven hadn't been warmed up yet. You should be ready to serve customers at the scheduled opening time and this place clearly was not.The two women who worked there were very sweet, but they were very elderly and really shouldn't be working at a fast food establishment.Later, on the train when we started eating our sandwiches, my GF who is a vegetarian, took a bite of her sandwich and discovered there was turkey in it. We both did a BYO and neither of us ordered any meat in our sandwiches. We both selected avocado and avocado and turkey are on the opposite ends of the selection list so it wasn't a case of a wayward check mark.Should have gone to Wegmans

This is probably the toughest review I’ve ever had to do. Was my sandwich fresh? Yes. Was it all that good? No. For my condiment I requested Honey Mustard. They overloaded the sub with it. Every part of it was soaked (not exaggerating) in honey mustard. Is that what the employee would do to her sandwich at home? I may come in again to try once more. Ladies who worked there were friendly.

Brek is the absolute best! I accidentally ordered at the other location and he called them for me and cancelled it, and then made our order on the house. Another time it was raining and he personally called me and told me to stay in the car and he’d bring the order out. He is genuinely the best person I’ve ever come across in this industry. The foods great too!!

I don't eat at which Wich often enough. It's better than subway and I enjoy their preselections more. I guess it's just because subway is convenient and this is the only location of this store near me. But when I do remember it's nearby and go I always enjoy it.
