Mc Donald's Regional Office - Westwood

The McDonald’s app is absolutely horrible. They are thieves. The app has triple charged me multiple times and it’s impossible to get in contact with anyone from corporate.

I ordered chicken mcnuggets with ranch dressing at the Dedham drive-thru. The order came without the dressing. Also the burgers were under cooked. The person handing out the orders was wearing his pants at half mast, scratching his underwear in between orders. This the second time that this has happened. Next time I'll go to Burger King.

Drive up window on rt 5 west springfield is very slow. When it takes 6 minutes to finally get your order that says it all!

I am, a breakfast customer. the biscuit for the big breakfast comes out stale. how bout English muffins like done in the south
