Cold Stone Creamery - Westwood

Delicious! The young woman who attended to me was incredibly kind and attentive. The establishment was clean and not too crowded during my visit. If you're looking for a fantastic summer ice cream treat, this is definitely the place to be!

Today I placed an order through Uber Eats and only received half of my order, and I only got one ice cream instead of two. I called Cold Stone, and the gentleman I spoke with was incredibly helpful and kind. I ended up ordering again, and he even added a little note along with some extra toppings, which I really appreciated. He truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend this Cold Stone location, and I believe the man I spoke with deserves a raise for his friendliness and thoughtfulness, especially for handling a difficult situation with such grace.

The Westwood Cold Stone Creamery is outstanding. The establishment was spotless, and my order was ready right on time. However, the highlight was the exceptional customer service. I spoke with Sal while ordering a birthday cake for my daughter, and he was knowledgeable, thorough, and truly focused on providing great service. He is a real asset to the store. After such a wonderful experience in Westwood, I wouldn’t consider going to any other Cold Stone location.
