Two Brothers Family - WESTVILLE

My wife and I live near Two Brothers Restaurant but hadn't been there for quite some time. However, sometimes you just don't want to cook. On our Sunday visit they weren't very busy and we got excellent service. Food came out hot, quick, and delicious. My wife was in the mood for chopped steak and her portion was huge. It was smothered in mushrooms and onions and was quite juicy. She raved. I was hungry for seafood and the menu gave me lots of options, steak and 21 piece shrimp, stuffed jumbo shrimp, bellybuster cod, and walleye. I chose the cod and it was very good. My #1 favorite thing in the meal was an appetizer of pickle fries. I have always been a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings fried pickles...these were better. Hometown restaurants are often overlooked in reviews, but don't pass them by. Some, like Two Brothers, are worth the stop.

Log cabin type building is very quaint. Food is good but at times is not as good as one would hope. Staff are very friendly and attentive.

Recently chose to stop in Two Brothers after having lived in town for 5 years at the urging of my visiting-from-Indiana boyfriend. After a few bites of that first meal, we were hooked. Talk about good down-home cooking!! They serve breakfast all day long, and I love breakfast... theirs does not disappoint!! We've had the chopped beef, corn beef sandwich, fried walleye, several breakfast items, broccoli cheese soup, breaded tenderloin... and the piece de resistance.. chicken noodles on Sunday. If you live or ever drive through our small town, you must make a stop by Two Brothers on the north edge of town. I don't think you'll be sorry!

I work in the back room at the game parlor. Everytime I work I get at least 1 beef quesadilla, sometimes 2 because they are so good. Yum. Also, the owners and staff are all awesome. Very welcoming, comfortable atmosphere and the price is affordable too. That's what's up. Great job Two brothers.
