I love the prepared foods ,as well as the sushi and fresh meats and seafood

They made a mistake on my sandwich — ordered a chicken cutlet sandwich, and received a lettuce, avocado, honey mustard sandwich, no chicken. I called to see if I could simply get a refund. Terrible customer service and awful attitudes from everyone I spoke to. They made the biggest deal of the whole situation as if it was my fault, were incredibly rude, and made me jump through hoops to get an $8 refund. Just a terrible experience. The other sandwich I purchased was mediocre. ??‍

Something that shouldn't have been a big deal turned into an entire ordeal. Great chicken cutlet. I got one with cheese and the only thing I would change is to add more cheese so it covers the entire cutlet so you get cheese in every bite. Otherwise its perfect and reasonably priced.

I’m from Philadelphia but my boyfriend lives in Westport. He had me try the chicken cutlet sandwich and let me tell you, it is the best chicken cutlet sandwich I have ever had. It is now our go to place for sandwiches whenever I come up. The staff and owner are all wonderful!
