Honey Dew Donuts - Westport

The manager had an attitude when I was there. The regular staff were friendly? How? You would think management would be least likely to be rude to customers, but no? definitely not come back.

Been here before and it's nothing special just an average honey dew which is pretty good

There were two female workers. The woman at the register was very nice attentive. However, the woman in the back was running around like crazy and endlessly commenting on how she doesn 't get paid enough to do this etc. She was fairly rude and unwelcoming. As a fellow restaurant worker, I understand the stress it may cause. I do not agree with making your guests feel uncomfortable or like they are a burden. She may need a refresher on customer service skills.

If I could give this a zero star, I would. Staff is great, but if something goes wrong, managers never seem to be present and help their employees. It is somehow frustrating to see that the manager does not help the AT ALL staff. The staff suffers from things that the manager could easily fix. I'm not coming back to Honey Dew Donuts until they get a better administration. Disappoint.

Employees are so friendly. They are very careful to be sure my order is accurate.
