Carvel 11am-9pm - Westport

Wow, wow, carvel is NOTHING what it used to be years ago. I purchased one small cake and a round large cake with a 6pack of ice cream sandwiches total of $105. The large cake was pending to be picked up for friday 26th. The small one and the ice cream sandwiches I received that day to blow out the candles for my daughter 11th birthday since it was a Tuesday can't really do much on weekdays. The cake tasted so bad and past due the date. The ice cream sandwiches had a funny taste to it as well. Definitely tasted like they have been sitting in the freezer for months! Plus, it was so expensive. I had to play it safe. I ordered another cake in case the one I picked up on Friday would taste just as bad! Extremely upset never going back. And on top of that it's located on a high end town I would expect more and better!

I have ordered several large picture cakes and have always been very pleased with the look of of the pictures and the freshness of the cake. The service has always been excellent. Highly recommend ?

Here is a mean nasty rude woman who works here. All I can say is she looks like a typical middle aged Karen. Never went back after that
