I have been a regular customer of this restaurant for the past 4+ years. In general the food was very good when we started ordering here, and the service was as expected. However, in the last years this place is losing its touch. Not only the food is getting worse and worse, but the service is the worst. Just today, I ordered a parrillada de carne for taking out. When I arrived home, there was not beef (carne). I called immediately to report the problem. Even though they gave me the beef, they made me feel like I was stealing from them because according to them they put the meat in. Look your recording, guys! Looking forward for a genuine apology. On the other hand, as you can see in the pictures confirming the lack of beef plus the arepa was all burnt, yellow potatoes were rancid. At the end only the beef was very good.

I asked for rice and chicken. I expressed that I was having stomach issues recently and just needed some grilled chicken breast cooked with nothing and plain rice. The rice had a bit of a weird smell to it so I asked the lady if the rice was fresh. She said yes, done today. At the end of my meal she brought a new rice for me to try, this one was actually fresh. The one I had was definitely not. I should have trusted my judgement. Las Rikuras lost a customer today. I'm never going back to this negligent place where they give me old rice.
