Dunkin' - Feedback

I go to this restaurant every day because they make my coffee correctly 4 out of 5 times, which earns them 4 out of 5 stars in my book.

Great service except item was missing from order, causing to reenter line to replace order. Hope it improves going forward.

Terrible! I placed an order through the mobile app. My turkey sausage and egg sandwich arrived without any egg! And the glazed donut was soggy with condensation...
