Bidra med feedbackMy Wedge salad had too much Mayo and was sour. My $55 steak ordered Med was well done therefore could not chew because too tough. My first bad experience in many at this place. EEG
Our first time there. The food was very good. My husband had the crab cake. Crab cake was slightly burned on the bottom but good. I had scallops, delicious. Disappointed they were out of the bread pudding and didn't have any Rose wine, even though it was on the menu. Over all really good. We will be returning.
Owner/host Ken welcomed and later provided us with the history of the building (we asked) which dates back to the 1700! Very interesting. Our waitress, Billy, was very good and funny too! Appetizers were delicious- Crab Egg Roll and a Crab, goat and cream cheese type of pie. The rib eye entree was cooked to perfection. All in all, we had a wonderful anniversary dinner and were treated with a bottle of Champagne! Thanks again to Ken and Billy
Nothing too fancy, just good quality fresh products--meat, fish, produce--prepared with real attention to flavor and simplicity. Appreciated the vegan and lighter options. Not a huge wine list, but selections are excellent.
We absolutely love this restaurant! We live farther away so don't get to go as often as we used to, but it is such a treat to dine here! Ken and his staff are amazing! Food is superb! Billie Jo, our server was top notch and Gweneth, her assistant was very attentive! Never have we ever had a bad meal or bad experience here. If you haven't tried this place, it needs to be on your to do list!
