Taco Bell - Westminster

Wasn’t the first time I ordered online and they were missing an item. I decided to call if I can get a refund for one of the items and they cut me off and ended the call, proceeding to ignore following calls too. :

There 's a reason why this location has 90% 1 and 2 star reviews. Normally I 'll splurge on something better but times are tough. Got a chalupa . It had about a teaspoon of black beans on it. Few pieces of lettuce. About 6$. I work so much I don 't have time to grocery shop/cook. This company clearly doesn 't care at all about anything but over charging for small portions, to the hardest workers who can 't afford anything else.

This is the first time we dined at Taco bell. The choice and taste of food is great and service was good too. Will definitely visit again.

Ordered food for my son I asked for no sour cream we got sour cream on the tacos. Then the tacos were either old or something was put in them because the tacos were stuck to the wrapper and the shell was soggy and sticky! We literally threw away our food! It was nasty! And when we went through drive thru they told us the food wasn't ready and we needed to back up in the drive thru they let us know when it was ready, never had that happen before but whatever they did to the food we didn't eat it! Waste of time
