Ordered a chipotle chicken Avocado Melt to go.Get home and this is the sandwich. There is no chicken on it. It looks like whoever made this sandwich doesn’t care about the people they are making it for or care that it cost $11 dollars for half a sandwich.Respect your work people.
We ordered online for pick up and the food was horrible. We ordered the tuna salad that looked like someone picked all the tuna out. My chicken frontega sandwich was bland the chicken looked like it was old and rubbery. I emailed corporate about this store. Don’t go here! Plenty of other Panera stores to go to.
Every time I go in here it seems the prices have gone up and the portion size has gone down. There is barely any meat at all on the sandwiches or salads any more, just a few scraps of chicken that is gone in three bites. I also carefully input my order into the kiosk and then went to checkout and there were no pagers that had any battery left, so I wasted my time and had to get into the back of the line for the register. Also, GTFO asking for a tip when I don't even talk to a human the entire time. I would go somewhere else that has not decreased their quality and service so much.
I wanted to have a good experience with panera bread, they usually have good food. However I ordered online for a family feast and there were a few things wrong. First, when I showed up, there was no one at the front register to help me. People in the back looked at me but said nothing. I've worked in a deli, if there is someone at the register either help them or find the person that's supposed to be there. Second I said I had an online order. I was never asked the name and the order wasn't on the shelf at the required time. I waited 30 minutes before asking someone when it would be done. It was done but never out out because people have been stealing. Fine! Put a sign out to please ask staff for order. Third, none of the sandwiches were labeled, we had to open them up and guess. And fourth, there was no baguette in the order which is part of the family feast. I'm beyond disappointed. I would have liked a place to put our oat allergies too, but panera only has a limited allergen list. I like their food but I've had this issue with panera across the states. Customer service needs to be a top priority, meaning customer communication. You can't run a business by ignoring your customers.
