Final Touch Bakery - Westminster

I'm very disappointed w all the tasteless cakes in Little Saigon. I bought cakes here before n I meant to order here for our birthdays my husband n I have the same birthday but they had short hours n I just couldn't get there on time. This time the cake from Boulangerie Pierre was tossed in the trash so I had to come back here early to order our cake. We ordered vanilla cake w strawberries filling, Bavarian cream n butter cream, $5 more for each rose . I chose #57 from the cake album. It was so so beautiful I must have taken 50 pictures. I don't know why my husband always wanted lily bakery I guess he didn't want the hassle of returning to pick up. Lily has ready made cakes but they were all tasteless, the cake has no substance it was like Angel cake all full of air! The cream was like shaving cream! Lol Van bakery is not much better. I cannot wait to go to Paris I was eating cakes daily, they had real Chantilly not fake cream but until my trip to Paris this summer, Final touch is where I satisfy my craving, I wish they sell slices. Again a perfect 5 stars! Bravo

Our go to bakery for years! They can do wonders with cake customizations from simple to mind blowing cake designs you'll never regret visiting them.

Very unorganized and the fact they have dead cockroaches around the shop and mosquitoes flying around inside is enough to not come back.

Probably have the best event cakes around OC area at a great price.

I 'm done with Final Touch. I 've come to them for years for my two daughters birthday cakes, cakes for family and friends and they were beautiful and delicious. Most recently, the quality has gone down. I was already unhappy with a cake from last year, but decided to give them another chance this year. The first pic is the inspiration I gave to them and they saved a copy of the picture. The second picture is what I got. The colors weren 't blended, there were hard lines and the dripping was terrible. How could you even send out a cake like that? I made it known right away that the cake was nothing I asked for. What would you like to do? was the response I got. I needed a cake for a party on the same day so I had to take it. My daughter was so unhappy and I called them to ask for a credit. They were nice enough to offer a replacement cake. However, that meant we had to drive back and the cake wasn 't even ready at the time they told us to come. Plus they asked for the original cake back. And do what with it?! The replacement cake looked more like the picture but it was dry and not as good. They made a stressful day even more stressful and wasted our time. I 'm done with Final Touch.
