Mcdonald's - Westland

The nighttime staff is terrible. Every time I order a burger in the evening, it's dry and overcooked (indicating they leave it in the warming trays for too long). They consistently add salt to my food despite my request not to, and the plating is messy. Furthermore, even though they claim to be open 24 hours, they are never open when I try to go for breakfast around 6am. They should consider dismissing the night crew!

I had a terrible experience at this McDonald's. The girl taking orders was not attentive, and there were people singing rap in the background with offensive language. The noise was so loud that I couldn't hear anything, and my young kids in the car were exposed to inappropriate behavior. This restaurant definitely needs better management. I will never go back there again. It's a shame how many customers they must lose because of their chaos. I couldn't even hear my order over the loud music and commotion.
