Grab -n- Geaux Smokehouse - Westlake

The guy that works evenings is very rude to customers. He talks on his phone that is stuck in his wrap around his head. He was talking while checking my things out and I said I'm sorry i could not understand what you said and he said I was not talking to you.. well guy you were looking at me so I thought you were talking to me. GET OFF THE PHONE.. This was not the 1st, 2nd, nor 6th time this happened. He needs to be tought a lesson. But I bet he gets a raise!!

Stopped in here to grab some food and grab a soda. This is a gas station that is a chain all over Southern Louisiana, and they actually offer some barbecue meats and what not and it 's not bad. By gas station standards it 's actually pretty good. There 's a reason why they 're popular enough to see their products get brought into Texas, which we often do.

For the location in Westlake I can honestly tell you the employees have gone above and beyond there standards. The staff are very kind, compassionate, loving and courteous to ALL of the community here in the area. I thank God for the friendly employees. I cannot say that of the others in Westlake. Every customer is treated with respect and accomidationRespected ALL the same. I recommend all my friends and neighbors in the local churches. I will continue to share with my friends, family and neighbors the vast selection of overall store and the cleanliness I am proud to refer any visitors from our local patrons from different states and countries. You must check out this store. I assure you will not be disappointed. God bless you.

Got anything you need, all the time. Their food is great even if it is a gas station

First Shell station I've seen with non ethanol gas, completely awesome. First time I went the young guys working were polite, even though it took a bit to get helped. Nice selection and surely is putting a hit on 5 star across the street. The smoked brisket sandwich and sausage sandwich are amazing. No complaints as of yet, but just like any new station, be careful when playing at the pumps, check for skinner regardless how old our new, to cover your own butt. Overall great customer service thus far, clean store and clean restrooms..
