Bonibi Concept Store - Westlake Village

The worst customer service. my man bought me mother's day leggings and a sports bra and I came a day later to swap it for another size. the girl who worked there (with 0 customers in business) saw lost. the same question asked 3 times. I have two lost girls and said I should see the transaction high. after 10 minutes the girl said that I couldn't find it?! I'm sure they don't sell it on an hour basis. owners must hire better employees and invest in customer experience. will never be shopping there again and will recommend loading against this.

I went to the store today, and decided to buy a really cute hat. The cashier rang me up. I opened up the hat and noticed there was discoloration throughout the entire hat from being placed in direct sun on the window seal. I then showed the cashier the hat, and asked if there were any more in the back? She said no. I said, bummer, I 'll just get my money back. Her reply: we don 't give refunds! I said, well this is obviously an exception. She said, no, it doesn 't work like that. So she gave me a gift card. I was in a rush and didn 't have time to go back-and-forth. I 'm a business owner myself, and I just have to say, these people don 't know a thing about customer service. Very disappointing for such a cute store.

Awesome store . Had exactly the New Balance running shoes I was looking for when everyone else was out. Service was excellent! Don't be fooled by coffee up front ! There is so much goodness as you work your way to the back!!!!

This store changed my westlake village experience! Every detail throughout the store is so unique and trendy!I come to bonibi to have a coffee with my business partner every week, and the owner and the barista are the friendliest. Always offering that positive energy! They also introduced me to their new brand Karhu and PE Nation. Really comfortable shoes I had to buy. Looking very nice!So much great to talk about this store, going to leave this one for today. My wife wants to come for activewear collection they have.Thank you Bonibi!

Very unique concept store with a coffee shop right on the lake. They serve Stumptown coffee and it was amazing with fresh organic pastries. Matcha with oatly milk was my favorite
