Holiday Inn Aberdeen West, An Ihg

A life threatening storm was reported at Aberdeen and I requested to reschedule the visit since all transport routes were also announced unavailable, offices were closed hence my visit had to be moved, i did not even ask for refund but a request to reschedule to another day, but the hotel is so inhuman and unbothered , all they did was charged the booking, this was something out of my control and a natural calamity, very poor experience and will never book in again

We went for the carvery, it was very good. Served with care. The vegetables were roasted lovely. Will definitely be back. Food drinks: Good selection on the menu. Presentation very good. Stayed here for one night on a work trip. I arrived late, staff were friendly and checked me in quickly. The room size is large. WiFi works well and TV has some decent channels. Bathroom is big with bath and shower. Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Quiet

Have stayed here in the past and generally standards have been maintained. Breakfast is not as good as it once was. This is probably more to do with IHG directions than local management. Food drinks: Came out still hungry, portion size with sides need looked at. Good enough food just not greatly filling. Rooms: 4 Service: 3 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Great value
