Bidra med feedbackOn the way to the beach, my friend and I stopped to get ourselves lunch for later. I ordered myself tuna on a bagel. You can only imagine my shock when I was charged $14! Highway robbery! I immediately thought that was the cost of my bagel AND my friend’s bagel who ordered one as well, but no. A can of tuna at most is a few dollars as well as a bagel. Where do you get off charging $14 for tuna on a bagel? Are you a deli to the stars? Shameful!! In this economic climate where many people are unable to put food on the table for their children, choosing between formula and diapers, giving up their beloved pets, it is an absolute outrage and disgrace that you would charge such an exorbitant amount for tuna on a bagel JUST BECAUSE YOU CAN. Next time I go to the beach, I will stop at another deli that doesn’t charge $14 for tuna on a bagel. I will not patronize a deli that cares so little for its customers. And I know for a fact, because I’ve ordered this many times, there are many other delis that don’t charge $14 for tuna on a bagel. You should be ashamed of yourselves! And if you’re going to charge $14 for tuna on a bagel, please make sure it’s the most delicious bagel ever. I can assure you, yours was not. Not even close.
Ordered a hot egg and cheese that came untoasted, dry bread barely warm very disappointing.
Let me start out by saying the Food is great. Full stop. Totally order from here. As far as ordering pick up using Uber eats goes: when I got there, they seem to have completely forgotten about my order so I stood there and waited for 10 minutes when another woman come in also saying she used Uber and they gave her her food right away when I asked one of the gentlemen behind the counter if he was sure that was her food he said yes she’s a customer pick up assuming that I was an Uber driver I was not an Uber driver and I had to explain to him that I also was doing customer pick up. having said all that does that mean that Customer pick ups get prioritized over an Uber driver? shouldn’t an order be completed in the order it was received? I ended up standing there for 25 minutes which defeats the purpose of ordering online. The food is great, but if you can’t handle the online orders, then just don’t do it. I understand you don’t wanna be using the phone to take orders which is totally understandable but limit yourself to one order pick up method and save yourself the trouble.
Such friendly staff and they always get my order right, I love these guys!
Family run deli where they know your name and customer service is their top concern.It feels good to walk in and be treated like family. Drop in and get an iced tea and some food, you won’t be disappointed.
