Domino's Pizza - Westford

Very friendly staff. I've been ordering on Friday or Saturday nights for a couple months now and I've never had an issue with my orders. Same girl is there every time and she's excellent. Food is always ready for me when I arrive. I don't understand howthere are so many negative reviews. These people must be desperate for free meals.

One worker on a Friday night? Waited an hour and left without my order and lost money. Outrageous and to do that to a worker? Shame on the company. 6/22 Same issue two works, all orders are pushing 15 minutes late. If you are short staffed don't openthe store.

I decided to use my reward points to order a pizza for delivery. I ordered a medium pan pizza with chicken, and extra Alfredo sauce. I got a pizza soaked in Alfredo sauce. (Aug 7, 2022)

Terrible humans! It was going to be 40 minutes for a small cheese pizza and they only told me after I paid and I simply said please let me know before and the cashier flipped out and screamed at me. These people need to lose this franchise. All I saidwas 'let people know what the wait is '. This place is a garbage pit. Terrible humans

Over an hour for crushed food and lava crunch cakes with some weird yellow goo which I've never seen on one before. Also they just never gave me my sauces at all. Genuinely awful, also side note I don't want the coupon I'm never touching a domino'sagain. UPDATE: gave this store a second chance figuring they must have gotten better what a dense choice that was, the phone isalways a bot and when they did pick up they just switched it back to a bot again. There's no excuse for your customer service fobe so awful and progressively worsen as time goes on. I can't beleive I actually felt my prior review was harsh
