Tim Hortons - Westbury

Good donuts, great coffee, Terrible staff. They were extremely rude when i ordered more than 2 donuts for a small social gathering. And they only let you use one coupon at a time which was mildly upsetting. The final nail in the coffin for me was when i ordered a dozen donuts via Postmates in 2019, and they only sent one donut. Then they refused to fix the order. I was appalled that they wouldn't fix my order the way i ordered it. And with a nasty attitude. Your staff is toxic and that's where your review was deducted 4 stars. And now that there's multiple Tim Hortons on Long Island, don't expect my business again. You gave me a terrible impression and your done. Goodbye.

I'm not sure what's going on with their coffee but it's absolutely terrible and doesn't taste like Tim Hortons coffee at all. Perhaps they need to descale their machines? Better donuts than dunking but that's about it.

I really really really want to love this place, because the service here is great. There's just one issue: they don't know how to make Ice Caps ?. I tried this location a couple of years ago, ended up with a really bland drink. I figured it must be something with the US locations of Tim Horton's.I tried other locations in NY and they were SPOT ON with their Ice Caps. I figured that the US locations are finally getting their act together. I decided to try this location again, since it's close to home and I don't have to pay tolls to get to. Drink was way off again, asked for a modification, which they greatly accommodated, but still not the same. PLEASE LEARN TO DO THIS INFAMOUS DRINK! I've resorted to paying tolls to get this drink from other locations, if you guys get it right, I would be a frequent visitor. ??

The staff is really nice here. They are very eager and friendly. This place has great donuts! I loved all the strawberry frosted donuts and the maple frosted ones too. All the snacks are pretty good. Handicap accessibility is great. Very easy. Someone is always willing to hold the door open for you and assist you the best they can.

Great food and coffee. There are great sandwiches and donuts as well as pumpkin plants.
