Employees are great donuts not as fresh as they could be.

The bagel was half cooked. Probably the toaster doesn't work either. My bagel was hard as rock.

Very friendly staff. She was patient and repeated my order to make sure it was accurate. She even said bye and have a good day to me when I was leaving.

Customer service is bad except for the nice Indian lady. Ashley the cashier who works on Sundays, she?s short and hispanic and is very rude , nasty attitude and overcharged me. Never going back here again.

This is my local dunkin, I go here almost every work day. They are great, friendly, and efficient, even though it seems like sometimes they are short staffed (which is obviously not the workers fault! . Definitely my go to for coffee.
