Tom hortons reminds me of their average English coffee shop, full of beautiful baked varieties, coffee and almost food. burgers very similar to an English high street shop teeraum. great staff and so polite. it is also very clean. good value for money .
I had not eaten at a Tim Hortons in many years since I was living in South America, but while in Kelowna, I couldn't resist. Despite the possibility of healthier options, I, like many other customers, indulged in donuts, pastries, and a coffee. There are few fast food establishments that offer such a tempting array of unhealthy options, and it's hard to resist.
The restaurant offers frozen, mass-produced baked goods that lack freshness and taste. The service is lackluster and it feels like the staff are not interested in providing a good experience. Even though they are a global brand, they seem disconnected from their roots. On a Friday evening, there were no donuts available for four hours, which was disappointing. I tried to settle for other options but couldn't find anything satisfactory. Overall, I was not impressed and will not be returning.
The only thing that sticks in my mind is the crabby server at the drive though window. It was late but she was surly and probably be better suited to a job away from the public
