Dairy Queen - Westbank

The best food here. tired of cooking home and decided to treat me. the best grilled huh I had! the staff was friendly and polite. everything was super clean, even outside the building. many delicious cloby quality in my blooming, just as I like it! will often be back. I wish I had an ice cream sandwich in my freezer! yumalicious!

This dairy is queen on another street. they have to drive from the west bank and then turn left onto the one road back to the city. pay attention to the exit because it quickly appears. good food. great building in which they have a huge gassed area in front, in which they sit beautifully.

I'll take the grandchildren here. always fast and good. never disappointed to grab a cake when stuck in the last minute. always someone on the hand to decorate with what we need. 5 running place.

Kelowna may not always have the best service in restaurants, but this place is an exception. I have never encountered a grumpy server here, and that really stands out to me.

Our family had just come from the beach and we wanted to treat them with a nice ice cream to cool off in the heat. We were directed from a staff member outside in the drive thru to go inside to be served. We went...inside and were told very rudely by the staff that they were closed. It was 7:53 and they were apparently closing at 8 o’clock... very disappointed and will not be returning. I’ve been going to this DQ since I was a kid and the summer hours have always been 10pm so not sure why the shortened hours. There were about a dozen people that were turned away during the 2 mins that we were there too...
