Dunkin' - West Virginia

This is the worst Dunkin' ever. The doors are locked most of time. Nobody wants to wait on you.they want you to use kiosk.

I stop here often as I’m heading to I-79. Never had a bad experience. Service is always fast and the drinks are always good!

I swear this is the most incompetent location ever! They NEVER have donuts, muffins etc it’s always we “don’t have it right now” doesn’t matter the time of day..the wait time for the drive thru is absolutely ridiculous.. you can’t ever finish your order without them asking in an impatient and aggressive manner is that all… when you luck out and actually run into a nice employee they inform you that it’s teenagers who run the store and management is trash… i’m honestly surprised this location is … – show

Messed my order up then this female threw a fit because it didn't happen the way she wanted it too

Last time I go. It is NOT ok to keep your lights and signs turned on when you are closed. Especially the OPEN signs. False advertising and a waste of time from the interstate. Please step up the management.
