Arby's - West Virginia

I recently moved to the area and had a bad experience last night with getting served cold food, but the manager called me this morning and made everything right! Thank you! I will definitely be a regular customer and the boneless wings were amazing! It made me entire day better.

Super fast service, very nice workers and the order was accurate. Gotta say the milkshake came out looking like it does on the commercial so Kudos on that job well done.

The drive thru wasn't busy so we had our food quickly. The roast beef sandwich was good and it had plenty of meat on it. I will give them a thumbs up.

When we got here we are in. There was a poor older lady waiting at the counter for her food. We waited for nearly 10 minutes for them to even ask us if we have been helped. They were too busy talking in the back to even pay attention to who walked through the door. We had to ask again for sauces and napkins. This place is very dirty as my pictures will show. I def. Did not ring the bell.

5 people working. At the time I was there they were not busy. But the wait was long. I was dining. The dining area was filthy. No napkins and only a few straws and kids. When we finally got our food the fries were cold. Also, I asked for sauce and napkins at the time of ordering and they didn't put it in the bag.
