Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I wanted to put my order through the drive, I asked for a family-proof and they said we only have white meat. then they said family-proof? I don't know what they're talking about and they don't understand. So I went in and they still didn't know what it was about. they always said we only have white meat available, but I can clearly see that there were 2 large tablets of dark meat. but they urged me to buy the white meat, and they even lied the next person in the car by having only white meat. I do not understand if they have cooked over the white meat so that they have to sell it first before they sell the dark meat again, who knows. poor service, workers who are in front of my face and the next person in the running gear, although. I will not go back there, I said that this same experience my friends and family, they could not believe it either.

They did not contain 2 items I ordered. Telephone number is not service. online is automated and not able to access questions that are not programmed.

Eating was in order, menu states combo comes with a biscuit, asked to confirm as it is missing from the journey through ordering several times. the personal told me that it is not part of the combo, paid extra for the keks (it was great, but not the price of one side for 1) I will only visit other Popeyes sites as this has let me down too often.

Dreadful service within was closed, took 20 minutes to get order, no spoon order was wrong I asked for jalapeños they were not in order to ask for refund! eating would have been neglected too little if they could not satisfy the human orders

Clean restaurant. That's only thing good. I'm a native Cajun from Louisiana and Corporate Popeyes would loose there sht in this place. Old food served even when asked to make fresh they didn't. All the female employees and management were talking away in the back of the restaurant like hens in a hen house, loud and obnoxious. I got 15 years experience in the food industry and this place needs a nuclear wakeup call on how a Popeyes should be run. Go to 4100 S. Redwood Rd. location for best food!!!!
