Bidra med feedbackCame to Freddy’s on a Thursday at 9:30, (they close at 10:00) for a sundae. Stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes and were not even acknowledged. All the chairs were already put up on the tables so maybe the dining area was closed but there were no signs that indicated that and they didn’t say anything to us, so we decided to go to the drive through. We were helped there but it was not a good experience.
The food was fine. The burger was good. However, they left half my order out of the bag. I live 20 minutes away. Too far to correct a 20 dollar mistake. I should have checked the bag before I drove away. That was on me, but it’s frankly not my job. Not thrilled.
We got some hamburgers and frys and a hot dog they are good hamburgers where yummy to good food
Had a deal with T-Mobile for a free burger. I added onion rings $3.50) and got charged for cheese curds $5.40) they were going to fix it but the manager insisted it was only a 30 cent difference. Do I care about the 2$? No. Do I care about them overcharging and making a fuss about fixing it? Absolutely. will not be going back
I was really enjoying my burger until I bit into what I think are two stards of bone. Very hard and sharp. I know meat processing isn’t foolproof but this hasn’t happened to me anywhere until now. I’m just glad I didn’t chip a tooth or stab my mouth. :
