Fiiz Drinks - West Valley City

I hate to give them such a low score, but I have had enough of flipping a coin if I will get what I ordered. I actually avoid going during the summer as the drinks are never made how they are supposed to because of the new teens working there; I assume they aren 't trained well or don 't care about the job enough to follow the recipe. On top of that, stop asking for a tip! If I want to tip, I will choose to do so, it is so rude and awkward to ask for a tip, especially when I don 't get what I ordered 50+ of the time. My last order was supposed to be a 32oz drink with no ice and an Italian soda with cream and no ice. I received a 24oz drink WITH ice and the Italian soda had ice and no cream and barely any flavoring that it was basically soda water. Please improve! I desperately want to come back as a regular, but I 'm tired of throwing my money away!

I went through the drive through about 10pm, they told me they were closed but the sign on the door and window says closes at 11pm. If you guys close close at ten now you should definitely update your hours on your door and on Google, maybe even put a sigh on the screen when you order I literally wasted my gas just to go there to have them say they're closed an hour before they actually closed.

Pricey for soda or flavored waters, but definitely a yummy treat! ? Strawberry splash is my favorite non-soda drink. Beauty School Drop-out is my favorite Dr. Pepper drink. Donuts are fairly good (not as good as a bakery), but the pretzels are stale and not worth buying.

The mango splash was coconut flavored water. And the soft pretzel was not very soft. I wasn't impressed this trip. ?

This location is constantly closed on doordash. When I actually go to the location during these times they have almost no customers so I don't get it. Guess they don't want to make money.
