El Pollo Loco - West Valley City

The family meals are expensive now and the chicken pieces are so small.The last few times I purchased the chicken was overcooked and dry that no one ate it. I will not be returning.

Excellent experience ? good food, good service. We ordered a family meal and some Baja tacos ? ? all of it was yummy.

I came to eat here yesterday with my 3 kids, and it was the WORST experience ever. I was ordering food and this lady was talking crazy to the manager there, she was yelling and cussing in Spanish, im Latina so I understood everything and i personally was disgusted with how she was talking to the manager. I definitely lost my appetite from that experience. She was yelling in front of costumers. I believe her name was Alex or something along those lines I didn’t catch her name. But definitely go over your staff because that was out of line. Ruined my experience yesterday. This all happened around 3:15-3:20 pm.

The food is very delicious, the service is great, they treat people well, especially if they have coupons.Parking: It has two parking areas.

Imagine mexican food, but just chicken.... I don't know how they're in business either
