Baskin-robbins - West Valley City

I made a cake order for my son birthday thinking it would turn out great since I went inside basket Robbin and went over the details. Unfortunately this is what I got the day of the party. Very clean. Fast friendly service and the Ice-cream was delicious.

Don't get me wrong I love the ice cream But, I order from here alot. So far the last 4 times I have ordered 2 of the same orders of triplescoops. I only end up getting one. One time ok a mistake but every time now the past 2 months ridiculous. Feel like at this point I'm waisting my money paying double the price for only one to show up. Never ordering here again. Poor quality control.

It’s good but the thing is that they don’t use gloves at all they grab stuff and don’t use gloves after touching something they don’t wash thier hands

Joshua helped us and he was very fast friendly and kind despite it being very busy and overwhelming in the store. He made great suggestions when we didn't know what to order.
