My French dip was still nice and warm and my shake wasnt melted. Both were so tasty

Caramel Cinnamon Shake was absolutely delicious The rib Real Country Style Rib Sandwich was so dry I could barely taste anything except the insane amount of barbecue sauce that was slathered all over the meat to cover how dry it was.

The cup of cheddar sauce smelled and tasted rancid, I dipped my fry in their and it tasted so gross, I almost threw up. Unfortunately it was the same cheddar sauce in the sandwich smh. So there goes my wasted money. The drink was bad too. I just can’t catch a break with these fast food restaurants. The cookies were very good though

Roast beef cut was too thick, it was not a good beef and cheddar at all, I asked for crinkle fries, they gave me cold curly fries... was not at all impressed.

Ordered 3, #10's Roasted Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwiches in a large order for a family event. Get home and 2 of the 3 are bacon, cheese and lettuce I called the restaurant to tell them. They said ok, we will remake them whenever you want. I toldthem to start making them now, cuz I was headed there. Got there. No sandwiches made ready to pick up. One of the employeestried to give me vouchers for sandwiches. I told her the person on the phone said they remake them when we needed them and Itold them that I was on my way and to make them. The employee then said she would make them for me now.
