Jimmy John's - West St. Paul

First of all the employees were unfriendly and basically rude. The guy filled my drink, got pop all over it and did not wipe it off or offer me a napkin so I could. The other handed me a sandwich, no napkins and no bag to carry it despite it not being a dine in location. They don't have ranch, only jalapeño ranch. Will literally get food from anywhere but here.

I reluctantly ordered after reading bad reviews.Ordered at 6:14pm doorbell rang by 6:22!pm!I 've also had problems with this Exact store in the past.Not sure who is working Tonight but they SURELY ' DID NOT ' DISAPPOINT!!?I ordered the Vito, everything FRESH DELICIOUS!GOOD JOB ROBERT Street JJ 's.Living up to Freaky Fast Fresh!Seriously was Impressed!3-12-24

This has to be the worst Jimmy johns I have ever encountered. I live less than a mile away and have ordered for delivery several times. 90% of the time the delivery time is over an hour. Most recently I placed an order for delivery (not during prime time) and was still waiting for my order an hour and a half later. I then called the store for an update on my order and was told it would be another 30 minutes. 2 hour delivery time ?! I have never experienced such horrible service from any food service. I would also like to say every time an order is delivered, I’m called from the delivery person and told “Jimmy johns come outside and get your food”. Extremely rude service despite their horrible delivery time.

I like jimmy jhons but i prefer subway over Jimmy jhons but both are kind of quite expensivesParking: Is hard to get it if you dont know because to get it you need to go to Wallmart parking then go to jimmy jhons parking
