Caribou Coffee - West St. Paul

Im a little upset about my visit today. I do understand that people could be new so im not as upset. but without criticism there wont be room for improvement.both of the drinks were wrong even after we confirmed the order a few times.i usually understand and don’t get bothered. but spending 20$ that takes me over an hour to make is upsetting.Dietary restrictions: vegan

Ordered bubble tea drink, looked for a bubble tea straw (there were none), employee then said after handing me my drink oh we are out of bubble straws, you can go next door to get a straw . Would have been great to know there were no straws, I would have gotten a different drink that didn 't require a bubble straw. Emailed customer support about the incident and wasn 't given an apology but told the regular straws would have worked for the drink, which the employee didn 't say and I emailed back saying that. No reply ever again from customer service. Would recommend going anywhere else.

Friendly, upbeat workers at West. St.Paul.Parking: Lot"s of parking space. Great place to relax.

The WSP location makes the best Malted Mocha? it doesn’t taste the same at any other Caribou location.

My advise for a speedy stop for your morning drink is to park right by the side door (south) and walk in. Drive-in is always busy but hardly anyone buys at the counter inside.Parking: Easy to access because the store is street-side in the marking lot of a mini-mall. Plenty of space. Bonus: get veggies at the farmer's market Friday mornings in the summer to early fall.
