Firehouse Grill - West Somerset

It’s the worse place here for food the whippy ice cream was orange an running my cousin has an eating disorder and she was told there is nothing with it but staff an was told to eat it.

Nice grilled chicken meals, but visit made special by staff going the extra mile for my wife's birthday. Special mention to Jess for her super friendly service and delightful musical skills!

Went here with family 1 child and 6 adults) for dinner, our waiter was very inattentive and didn't explain the menu well. When coming to order we weren't told about the flavours you can for the chicken nor did our waiter bother asking us. Ordered chicken breast with garlic bread and when it arrived the chicken breast was tiny and plain due to the lack of guidance from our waiter and even the children's meal's chicken breast was far larger than the adults. Was not impressed at all with the service or food

Came in as a family for our last meal, all I wanted was a buttermilk chicken burger. First of all They got my daughters order wrong but told us “we must’ve orders this” they brought me out a tiny and cheap looking bun filled with 3 dry chicken strips from the kids menu in a cheap warburtons bun but just grilled it to try and make it look fancy!!! I told them I have the wrong order as I ordered a chicken burger and not 3 strips from kids menu, was told this is what the burger is, they told me they’ve spoken to head office about it and not willing to change it! I spoke to the manager who was mega rude and said “there is no refund option but I can get you another meal, 100’s of people have eaten the same thing today and not complained!!!” I did not want to wait for another meal when all my family had finished so I asked him if he could put a dessert or something quick on as I haven’t been given a burgers he said no!!!!! Food was small, burnt, dry and over priced which is a shame as all the other restaurants in butlins offers great value for money. They make you pay for the food before you enter and now I know why. Disgraceful service and food, Would advise anyone to think twice before wasting money here!!

Awful, bottomless drinks were flat and staff were in no rush to get you another as you couldn’t help yourself, glass had lipstick marks. Nacho starter, hardly any cheese and barely any dip at £4+ wasn’t worth it. I ordered battered chicken and sweet fries, received 3 tiny pieces of dry chicken and chicken popits which were burnt and rubbery like they’d been revoked. I’ve eaten better at KFC at half the price. Left meal and walked out.
