Yuzu - West Slope

There are two Ramen places in Beaverton that made me fall in love with Ramen. Yuzu is one of them.

This might be my favorite local ramen place. The broth was fantastic, a rich flavorful broth that really feeds the soul. I'm shocked this place isn't more busy. Service was great, food was fantastic. We will be going back!

Love this place so much, but I'm heart broken to discover that they greatly pruned their menu. Among other items, the best katsu I've ever had is no longer available. Put it back on the menu and ill happily bump my review to 5-stars.

The best place in Oregon to get ramen. Their Kakuni ramen has the softest meat you'll ever eat, and their staff are friendly and give great service.

Impossible to get in, posted hours are wrong, no website. Showed up before 6 three times and was told an hour wait and the restaurant is full.
