Jim's Steakout - West Seneca

The Poutine Fries were fantastic! It would be even better with cheese curds. The Mozzarella Sticks could use a bit more crunch. The Mac and Cheese bites were delicious, as always. Overall, it was a great experience. The service was fast and the prices were reasonable. I appreciate that they stay open late.

I had the worst experience with the Philly cheesesteak sandwich at this restaurant. It was soggy and the cheese was not melted, so the meat ended up cold when it was added to the roll. The sauce was oily and had excessive seasoning salt, making it too salty. For the price I paid, this was a disappointing waste.

I have ordered from Jims multiple times in the past, but today's experience really turned me off. The chicken seemed to be old or something, with holes in the chicken finger and it was very tough. After a few bites, I was so disgusted. I'm not sure what went wrong, but I wish I could have gotten a refund.

Fries was burnt and chicken fingers was to hard to eat a waste of $17.00 next time I know go some where else terrible service

Usually the food is good but today my Philly was loaded with onions, after i requested no onions. Fries were cold and cheese was hard and gross. Also there was an issue ordering which caused me to get and pay for 2 fries 2 cheese which just got thrown away now.
