Alleyway Bistro - West Seneca

Was not in the mood to cook today, so I went to Alleyway. During my first visit I tried the Muffaletta and side salads that were all fantastic! Today I needed some heat so I could try the Porky's Revenge. Wow this grilled panini with its combination of Italian sausage, bacon, fried cappicola, onions, banana pepper, pepperjack cheese and a spicy aioli is delicious! I also tried the roasted red pepper soup with Gouda, which was also very good. And oh, did I mention that the pickles were made at home on the side?? Great job Mike family!!

Beef and barley soup were fantastic. A tad too expensive for the quantities, but the true homemade taste was obvious!

Was over this afternoon and decided to give the place an attempt. Was welcomed by a friendly, eager employee who took my order and began to prepare it immediately. I decided to try the Monte Cristo (fresh toast, ham, Swiss mustard) with a cup of Italian wedding soup. The sandwich was perfectly prepared with a generous part of the ham tails along with some very delicious dill torch chips. Soup was hearty and very tasteful. I will definitely try other menu options again.
