Bidra med feedbackHuge fan of some items from taco bell but this review is regarding a pathetic customer service we experienced at this location...i was craving to have chipotle chicken on our way back from hospital and my husband decided to stop by thislocation..the manager at that time was quirky, she handled us something which was no way closer to a chipotle chicken and whenwe addressed the problem she began to call us out! When asked to cancel and redund the amount she did not wish to handle us thevoide receipt ' as much we remember her name is (unsure of it 's spelling) VENISSA....if she reads this comment, she 'll surelyremember us????????
Ordered the Mexican Pizza Meal, both soft tacos had ZERO sour cream and 1 of my tacos had all the lettuce and cheese on the outside of the shell. Workers at the front counter and the drive thru were goofing around with each other while I waited for 10+minutes to pick up my mobile order
EDIT:I got food poisoning so bad my boss had me take a half day of paid time off. Yikes. I have posted a picture to prove I had to take PTO. I rarely write 1 star reviews. Original Review: The worst Taco Bell I've ever been too. Walked in to pick up anorder, the staff sees I'm there's and doesn't even acknowledge I'm there for several minutes until I start calling out tothem. The tortilla shell was so soggy I couldn't pick up the food without it literally falling apart. There were no sauces out,and the lady acted like it was a big to ask for some sauce packets. Like, what? How are you going to remove the hot saucedisplay AND THEN get upset when people ask for you to get some. Baja blast was out, so I tried to get water. The water out ofthe dispenser was pink and tasted to gross. Hey franchise owner, isn't there a quality clause in your franchise contract?
Oh My Goddess That Toasted Cheddar Chalupa is the F-ing Bomb-diggity damned delicious! Its a normal soft and chewy Chalupa but with a cheesey crunch on the outside! I didn't used to go to Taco Bell that much. But I'm gonna go NOW!
On April 17, 2022 Taco Bell associate did not give me my entire after I paid for it. The associate provided me with a third of my order and when I went through the drive thru once again and told him he was inconsiderate and did not apologize for hismistake. He provided me my full order. I had low blood sugar that day and fast food restaurants need to be aware of customerspossible medical needs.
