Serrano's Cafe - West Sacramento

Great little cafe, good food, really friendly staff, definitely go on my list of places for good food. Had chicken fried steak breakfast, really good, was looking forward to lunch.

On a beautiful sunny day, we visited this restaurant for breakfast. My husband ordered the spicy eggs, while I tried the Senior Special for $7.99, which included coffee, two pancakes, two eggs, and bacon. The service was incredibly friendly, and the coffee was freshly brewed, just like the food. We truly enjoyed the quality of the dishes; all the ingredients were fresh, and the flour tortillas tasted homemade! We really appreciated this family-run restaurant!

I have visited West Sacramento a few times and although I haven't tried their sandwiches, I really enjoyed their breakfast. The café has a cozy atmosphere, which reflects the quality of the food. The service was consistently good, and the portion sizes were just right for both Sacramento’s standards and the prices. It’s unfortunate that it’s rare to find a simple, local diner that is welcoming to everyone. This place feels truly special, and I will definitely return.
