Mcdonald's West Ryde

We have to eat something for our family. the burgers were pretty good and not too creepy. the chips were soggy and cold without salt.

Seriously, the old load was perfect. since the reno they were hopeless. drive thru is a parking lot, eat in takes forever and order over eats there is always food missing. forget to put our loaded pommes, never got my kids frozen drink, burger was wrong and that was just a day. wait for eating in the load is a night-mare. I will never go there again and after the reviews I am not alone here and for those who say give them a chance that kitchen has never been changed so that everything should be business as normal. 1 of 10.

Eating is never done properly always a product every time we order from them. by far the worst maccas we have seen. we do not recommend it.

We had a terrible experience today. we live 5 minutes from loading, but the pommes were cold. the two big macs were stone cold and the rolls flattered. the sun was only about 60% full. very embarrassing for mcdonalds and the franchisee, although I think it will not make any difference.

The food is average, today I ordered a big mc sauce and a fillet O fish sauce as well and the machines to order sometimes is faulty and most of the time the machines runs out of EFTPOS paper for recieps run out so we couldn't argue that we ordered the fillet O fish sauce, so in the end they just gave us Mayo sauce only. That's very sad. I rate it 3.5/5 burgers.
