Captain D's - West Point

It took a hour to oder and a hour to get the food. And the food was cold and uncook.

These employees have messed up ALL 3 orders of every one here!!!Out of cups at the sauce dispenser and out of ketchup… out of sweet tea!They said they’re out of stuff that we were trying to order!!If I could give this place a zero stars I WOULD!!!Nasty!! Floors greased!!GROSS!!!

Almost sweating in the middle of winter wasn't very busy took over 30 minutes to get two plates. The order was shorted an item as well but they did give me the item when confronted about

Even though the service was exceptional, the food was lack luster. Everything was only slightly warm. The corn and chicken strips were the only things actually hot. Areas of the dining room lacked attention when it came to cleanliness.

Capt.D's is going down with the ship. Long wait times can be dealt with, but bad grease and incorrect orders cannot.
