The Ranch House Grill - West Plains

We both got the ribeye. My husband said his was OK, mine was lukewarm. Not very tender.. Dry toasted bread. Service left a lot to be desired. Had to find waitress to get one drink refill. Couldn't find her for my drink refill or take out containers. Still tipped her $23 and she never asked if I wanted change or even thanks for coming in. We don't live here so no worry about us returning. Very disappointed.

We enjoyed our dinner. The place is big and open with many tables and a bar area. Our dinners included the ribeye steak with skin on potatoes and green beans as well as the pick two of brisket and chicken with sweet potato fries and green beans. Everything was delicious!

The smoked wings were awesome. I came in a little late, some of the entree was not the best but I understand. I sat at the bar and Tatyana Was a great server/bartender.

$30 for a steak, potato and beans. Steak was hardly warm and the potato wasn't warm enough to melt butter. I asked for the potato to be warmed up. The waitress was very professional, but I really wish they had given me a fresh potato. I'm just passing through town on vacation, but don't recommend having the steak dinner here.

Poor customer service. poor mixed drink quality. I never send drinks back and told the waitress this and asked for a beer instead. she apologized and took the drink back, however I still had it on my bill. we paid the bill as it wasn't worth the energy to discuss but will not be back. we also heard another server(not ours) lecturing a poor family about how if they split the bill for their table they would need to ensure a proper tip because in the past a table of 20 walked out without tipping. (she repeated the no tip part a few times) I felt bad for the older woman who was struggling to understand the point while being seated as the server asked how to do the ticket before they even sat down. the woman replied that they tip people but how tacky of the server and uncomfortable for the lady as I could see her face.
