Domino's Pizza - West Plains

The last 2 times I have ordered from here I have ordered a chicken parm sandwich. When they have delivered it I got a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Normally no big deal but, I have a food allergy (alpha gal)to red meat. Both times I have called the storeand they were unsure on how to fix the problem. Easy fix. 1. Pay attention to orders and properly check to make sure youhave the correct order. 2. Remake the correct sandwich and send it out to me. 3. Read the additional comments on my order when Iplaced it. This could have been potentially fatal to me. Do better Domino's.

I don't know what these people are talking about...the funeral home is like 2 buildings down. Its domino's use the app if they are to busy to answer instead of driving down there to ask like a Karen . Plus common sense says its Domino's you know whatyou're getting into so that being said it was hot...exactly what I ordered... and was exactly what I wanted... so my experiencewas awesome.

I'm really disappointed! While the driver was friendly, the food we waited over an hour for arrived cold and tough. Paying $30 for cold, hard pizza is just unacceptable!

This is the best Domino's I've ever been to. The pizza is always hot and fresh, and the quality is outstanding.

I called over an hour ago to order a pizza and some bread. They said there was only one driver and it would take an hour, which I understood. However, an hour and a half later, I called back and they informed me that my order was third in line to be delivered but was sitting on the heating rack. I expressed my concern about receiving a pizza that was over an hour old, and while they offered to refund my money, they couldn't tell me when the food would be ready again. My kids are currently sitting here hungry because the only pizza place that delivers doesn't have enough drivers, and they can't provide an estimated delivery time. I really wish Pizza Hut would come back!
