Monroe's Of Palm Beach

Looks good from the outside. Drove over when I haven't been in this club since about 2000. Was then called Club Diamonds and I remember the dancers were hot and was pretty nice inside. I almost dropped my whole paycheck the night. Haha. Whatever the best!

I was recommended to this club and came all the way from Dallas because I heard it was a great place to work. My experience there: came in on a Sunday and met some nice managers and they told me that the rent paid and come to work Tuesday at 7 p.m. In the exact time (verified by text about two managers) was then waited for two hours to even talk to a manager in service. I have a audition (how long time dancers and entertainers throughout the country, yes I have experience), then with a woman manager who was incredibly rude and told me? I just don't want to hire you? They then continued to give me no male walk in the dark parking lot, locked me in the parking lot, and ignored the call buttons to let me out. I had to knock on the locked back door to get a man who argued with me to even open the gate for me. As a dancer or customer, I do not recommend going here. The front door girls talking to me 2hrs were nice, but the rest of the staff was super unprofessional and rude.

Monroe's tries to brand itself as an upscale experience, and it fails miserably. In short, the dancers are fat. They have C-section scars. Some look straight from the hood of whatever country they come from. The waitresses and bar staff are much more attractive, but not enough to justify the outlandish cost of drinks, even by strip club standards. They want to charge $800 for a room and have no fun happen in it, especially when you can go anywhere in pompano Beach and have a great time for $300 with much better looking women.. I mean.. I don't see the purpose or existence of this club. This place must exist as a tourist trap or for first timers. I can't see how it succeeds in a south Florida climate. Go anywhere in pompano, I recommend diamond Dolls. Much better looking women, better atmosphere, and you won't go into debt and also have a much better time.

As a local this used to be my favorite place for an afternoon drink; w. their lunch specials or for a fun night out for the energetic music and lively entertainment; regardless the day of the week or time of day this WAS always the spot... Service was outstanding food and drinks used to be top notch... BUT since the GM change; things have only gone downhill, from the quality of the food to service and the cleanliness of the environment. Security is rude and the place is just uninviting unless u personally know someone and even then just save ur time. No longer the standard for high class affordable entertainment and dining the experience there is not like it used too be.

Alaina was the best massage girl in the bar she was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed!
